If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase directly from Afternoondelightbeadworkandtreasures.com, simply return that item within 30 days for a full refund on that item less return shipping. (some restrictions are listed below).

The only exclusions to this policy are items that were purchased on clearance. All sales on these items are Final and cannot be returned for a refund.

Please also note that all Freight and Shipping charges, for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, cannot be refunded or credited.

When returning a product back for a refund, please enclosed a copy of your invoice or receipt with your shipment.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately as we will need to file a damage claim report with the shipping company. Please note that all damage shipment claims must be filed within 48 hours from the time the shipment arrives. Failure to contact us within that time period will forfeit your right to file a damage claims report.
